Poleved collects only the data needed to run the service: your account identity (from Google, Microsoft, or GitHub OAuth), the prompts and projects you create, and the metadata of any payments you make.

Payment details (card numbers, e-wallet authorisations) NEVER touch our servers. They are handled directly by Midtrans, who are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We store only a payment-instrument identifier encrypted at rest for auto-renew.

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.

To request deletion of your account and data, contact the team via the in-app feedback surface or email support during alpha.
