Your account
Your Poleved account is your GitHub sign-in plus a handful of settings: connected services, the interface language, and how you send us feedback. Everything lives in the avatar menu at the top right.
Signing in
Sign in with GitHub is the only way in. There is no password to set and no separate Poleved credential to remember.
Your account is identified by the email address GitHub reports — as the login page puts it, "We use the email from your provider to identify your account." Renaming yourself on GitHub is safe; the account follows the email, not the username.
Active sign-ins
You can be signed in on 5 devices or browsers at once. Sign in on a sixth and the oldest of the five is signed out automatically, so that device asks you to sign in again next time.
Each sign-in lasts 30 days and then expires. Sign out in the account menu ends only the sign-in you are using — other devices stay signed in.

The avatar at the top right opens everything account-related:

Connected services
Integrations is where you authorize other accounts. Two cards can appear there:
- GitHub — for pushing a project into a repository on your own account. This is a separate authorization from your sign-in: signing in with GitHub does not grant it, because creating and writing to a repository needs access that signing in never asks for. Details in export your source code.
- Expo — for building installable mobile apps under your own Expo account, so the Android signing key ends up somewhere you control. Details in store builds.
Either card can be disconnected, and disconnecting never touches what you already made with it — repositories you exported and builds you shipped stay yours.
Interface language
Poleved is available in English and Indonesian. The switch is the small EN / ID control, and it sits in two places: the Language row of the account menu, and the footer of the public pages — the home page, Docs, and Showcase. Your choice is remembered in that browser for a year and applies everywhere afterwards.
Two things worth knowing:
- A project workspace carries neither the account menu nor a footer, so switch from another page — All projects → in the project header takes you back to the list, where the avatar is.
- Some labels are still English in both languages. The Indonesian catalog covers most of the product, not every corner of it.
The interface language does not decide what language the AI replies in. The AI mirrors the language of your prompt — write in Indonesian and it answers in Indonesian, even with the interface set to English. See working with the AI.
Replaying the tutorial
Restart tutorial in the account menu replays the four-step tour: write a prompt, read the AI's output, check the live preview, publish to a public URL. The tour runs inside a project, so it opens your most recent one. If you have no projects yet, you get a note asking you to create one first.
Sending feedback
A feedback button sits in the bottom-right corner of every signed-in page.
- Pick a Category — Bug, Feature idea, Praise, or Other.
- Write your Message. Up to 1,000 characters, with a live counter that turns amber as you approach the limit.
- On Praise and Feature idea an optional 0–10 slider appears, asking how likely you are to recommend Poleved. Ignore it to skip it, or Reset to clear a score you already moved.
- Click Send.
Naming the project and roughly when something happened makes a report far easier to act on.
Limits & notes
- 5 active sign-ins per account; a sixth signs out the oldest.
- A sign-in expires 30 days after it was created.
- GitHub is the only sign-in provider. Other providers appear on the login page only once they are configured.
- Feedback is capped at 1,000 characters per message and 10 messages per hour.
- There is no self-serve account deletion. To close an account, ask through the feedback button or contact support — the platform has no button for it today.
- The language switch is one step away from a project workspace, which has no account menu — use the project list, your account settings, or any public page.
- Limits may change during alpha.
