Plans & billing
Poleved has four plans. Spark is free; the paid plans raise your monthly credits and your plan limits, and are billed monthly or annually.
The plans
| Plan | Credits per month |
|---|---|
| Spark | 150 |
| Maker | 1,500 |
| Studio | 5,000 |
| Foundry | 15,000 |
Prices are set in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. They are not repeated here, because they can change and a page that quoted them would eventually be quoting a price nobody charges.
Each card shows the dollar price with an approximate rupiah figure beside it. That second number is for orientation; the exact rupiah amount is worked out at checkout.
Switch the toggle to Annual and each card shows what the year saves against paying monthly.
Credits are your AI usage allowance and reset at the start of each period — see how credits work.
Plan limits
| Plan | Projects | Live deployments | Custom domains |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spark | 3 | 1 | 0 |
| Maker | 15 | 3 | 1 |
| Studio | Unlimited | 10 | 3 |
| Foundry | Unlimited | Unlimited | 10 |
These are plan limits: during alpha they describe the plan rather than block you when you create something.
Collaborators are not a per-plan number today. A project takes at most 2 editors on every plan, including Foundry — see working with collaborators. A project is also capped at 20 custom domains whatever the table says, and that ceiling is always enforced.
Upgrading
- Open the pricing page, or click Upgrade or Change plan on your billing page.
- Choose Monthly or Annual at the top. Annual carries a Save ~17% badge.
- Click Choose Maker, Choose Studio or Choose Foundry. Studio is marked Most Popular.
- A secure Midtrans checkout window opens. Pay by card, GoPay, QRIS, e-wallet or virtual account.
Card details never touch our servers — Midtrans takes the payment and reports the result back to us. Once it settles you land on your billing page with the new plan active. If the payment is still processing you get Payment is pending, and an email when it goes through.
Spark cannot be bought; its button reads Free tier.
Paying with your balance
If you sell on Showcase, the link or pay with account balance appears under a plan button as soon as your balance covers the full price. One rupiah of balance pays one rupiah of the plan, and it settles immediately with no checkout window.
Because the plan is priced in dollars and your balance is in rupiah, how much balance a plan costs moves with the exchange rate. The figure shown under the button is the one that will be taken.
Balance is not credits. Balance is rupiah you earned on Showcase; credits are the AI allowance your plan grants each period. They meet in two places: paying for a plan here, and buying credits on the same page.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, enter it in the Promo code field above the plan cards before choosing a plan. The discount applies to the price you are charged, not only the price you are shown — the card and the checkout agree.
A code can be limited to particular plans, to monthly or annual only, to first-time payments, or to one use per person. When one does not apply you are told which of those it was, rather than left to guess.
Buying extra credits
Under the plan card, Credit top-up shows your top-up wallet and every purchase you have made, with the date each one expires. On a paid plan you can buy more with a card or with your Showcase balance — see how credits work. Buying is limited to paid plans; spending credits already in the wallet is not.
Renewals
Your billing page shows Auto-renew as On or Off.
- Card and GoPay renew automatically. We charge the saved payment method shortly before the period ends.
- QRIS, e-wallet and virtual account are one-off payments, so they renew manually: pay again from the pricing page before your period ends.
We email you 3 days before a period ends, unless you have already cancelled. If an automatic charge is declined the subscription is marked past due and we email you, so you can pay again from the pricing page.
Cancelling and resuming
- On your billing page, click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm with Yes, cancel — or back out with Keep plan.
Nothing is cut off. Cancellation switches to Lapses on with the end date, and you keep the plan until then, after which you drop to Spark. While the period is still running, Resume subscription puts it back. Auto-renew only returns for card and GoPay, because the other methods leave nothing saved to charge.
Once the period has lapsed there is nothing to resume — buy the plan again from the pricing page.
Changing plans
Upgrading starts a fresh billing period today. There is no proration: time left on the old plan is not refunded or carried over, and your credit allowance resets at the same moment.
Renewing the plan you are already on behaves differently — the new period is added to the end of the current one, so paying early costs you no time.
To move down, cancel: your current plan runs to the end of the period and then falls back to Spark. Buying a cheaper paid plan also works, but it is treated like any other plan change and starts a new period straight away.
Receipts
Receipts on the billing page lists your 20 most recent settled payments — order, plan, cycle, amount, method, status and date. A checkout still in flight is not listed; if you abandon it, it appears later marked expired. Showcase purchases are not listed here.
For refunds, see the Refund Policy.
Limits & notes
- Prices are set in US dollars and charged in Indonesian rupiah — Midtrans settles in rupiah, so that is what reaches your statement. Tax is included.
- The rupiah figure beside a dollar price is an approximation. The exact amount is fixed at checkout from the exchange rate in force at that moment, and the receipt records both, so a past payment can always be explained.
- Prices can change. A change never alters a period you have already paid for; it takes effect at your next renewal.
- The plan limits above describe each plan; only the 2-editor and 20-domain ceilings are enforced today.
- The pricing page lists a collaborator count per plan. A project accepts 2 editors regardless of plan, so do not buy a higher plan for seats.
- Queue priority and early access are listed on the higher plans but do not change anything yet.
- Credits reset each period and do not roll over.
- Upgrades are not prorated, and start a new period immediately.
- Resume works only while the period is still active.
- Receipts show the 20 most recent settled payments.
- Limits may change during alpha.
